Join members of NELA’s Ethics & Sanctions Committee as they discuss the complex ethics and enforceability of confidentiality clauses. The webinar will cover public policy, statutory, and regulatory challenges to non-disclosure/confidentiality clauses and the ethical concerns in negotiating them in settlement agreements.
NELA is seeking 1.25 (based on 60 minutes) ethics credit in Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, and Tennessee. The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. This activity may qualify for up to 1.25 hours toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona, including 1.25 hour(s) of professional responsibility. NELA is an approved continuing legal education provider in California, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Vermont.
