CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations for events registrations must be submitted in writing to NELA. Registrants who cancel in writing on or before the cancellation deadline for each event will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative charge. Those who cancel after the deadline and no-show registrants will not receive a refund, but will have access to the online manual of their registered event (if available).
Cancellations for membership dues must also be submitted in writing to NELA. Members will be refunded the prorated amount based on the remaining months of their unexpired membership.
Products purchased in the NELA Bookstore are non-refundable.
By visiting www.nela.org, you agree that the laws of the states of California and Ohio as applicable), without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
CHANGES IN POLICY
The National Employment Lawyers Association reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time it deems fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a pervious version of these conditions.
