New Issues, Creative Solutions: Emerging Issues In Wage & Hour
Thu, March 18, 2021 to
Fri, March 19, 2021
Over the past few years, plaintiff side Wage & Hour practitioners have been faced with never before seen challenges. NELA's Spring Seminar will bring together our Wage & Hour Experts to discuss how to practice effectively and creatively in the face of mass arbitrations, new defense bar tactics, worker misclassification, and COVID-19. This seminar will also address what may be coming for Wage & Hour law in the course of the Biden administration. A must-attend for all worker's rights advocates.
Cancellations for the seminar must be submitted in writing to NELA. Registrants who cancel in writing on or before March 5, 2021 will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative charge. Those who cancel after this date and no-show registrants will not receive a refund, but will have access to the seminar session recordings and speaker materials. You may notify NELA of your cancellation via facsimile ((866) 593-7521) or email.
