Summary

Plaintiffs’ lawyers are increasingly relying on technology—including AI—to streamline case work, strengthen litigation strategy, and operate more efficiently.  From case intake to research automation to document review, legal tech and AI are reshaping how attorneys practice, advocate, and serve their clients. NELA's first CLE of 2026, Powering Up Your Practice With AI and Legal Tech, is a timely, practical, and forward-looking program designed for workers’ rights advocates.

In addition to defining key AI terminology and explaining how these concepts apply to your practice, attendees will gain:

  • A clear understanding of the current AI landscape in plaintiffs’ employment law
  • An introduction into legal tech to enhance and streamline law practice management
  • Guidance on ethical use, confidentiality, and risk management of AI
  • Strategies for integrating tech and AI into your practice effectively and responsibly
  • Insight into future trends that will impact workers and your practice.
